Video Editing

Over the years, I have needed to pick up video editing alongside my main role as and when needed using Premiere Pro and occasionally, After Effects. I've edited a variety of videos along the way - some highlighting Artisan craft, giving a behind the scenes of Monsoon clothing made in Jaipur to campaign videos shot in Joshua Tree. It has been a satisfying endeavour and something that I have enjoyed along the way - a skill i'm definitely keen to continue to build on.
Monsoon Children - Joshua Tree
Test ran across 2 category drops, beachwear and daywear, focussing on the overarching tone of the videos - upbeat vs. chill. Both tests ran for just over a month and produced interesting results.
Monsoon Ladies - Joshua Tree
The same as for children, ladies ran a testing on the tone of the videos - upbeat vs. chill. While I really loved the outcome of both videos, the chill one (on the left) for me is just a combination of great footage that pans the product beautifully, paired with fitting music against a stunning backdrop.
Monsoon Ladies - Portobello Road
Here the idea was to follow Meta's guidelines for engaging video while maintaining brand integrity.
Joshua Tree Content Videos
To support the Joshua Tree campaign, three artisans in the area were interviewed about their craft - the below videos were edited for Instagram stories, to support interviews that took place for the blog on the website.
Monsoon Ladies - Jaipur
Two videos were edited to coincide with product launches on site for January & February.
Monsoon - Artisan Studio
As part of AW21 launch, there was a big focus on the release of a number of hand-crafted products, all showcased in this video. A number of versions were edited for use across YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram.
Monsoon - Artisan Studio, behind the scenes
To support the launch of the AW21 Artisan collection, I edited a video showcasing and explaining the technique behind the product. The footage was edited in Premiere Pro and the typing text added in After Effects.
